Declaration of Amidon Associates ROHS, REACH 240 and Conflict Mineral Compliance.

To Whom It May Concern, the components that Amidon supplies do not contain any of the 240 Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) identified in the REACH Regulation. The components do not contain any of the dangerous chemical substances, mixtures or articles identified in REACH Annex XVII, XIV and XVII. Re: RoHS I,II, III, REACH, and conflict minerals requirements.

All our products and materials are compliant with both 2011/65/EU and 2015/863/EU of The European Parliament and of the Council on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances (RoHS) in electrical and electronic equipment. Our products are also compliant with Chinese RoHS regulations.

Additionally, all our products and materials are compliant with the European Community Regulations on Chemicals, “REACH,” Regulation No. EC1907/2006 with updated SVHC list of 6/10/2022 containing 240 items. Further, our products and materials comply with the Financial Reform Bill (H.R. 4173) dated 7/21/2010 and do not contain tin, tantalum, gold and tungsten from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

All our products and materials demonstrate traceable identification to a manufacturing lot accompanying shipment. If you have any further questions, please call. Amidon will continuously re-evaluate the lists, and if any substance is found or changes needed, Amidon will notify its customers that are affected by the change as soon as possible.
